Covington is currently providing rapid recovery and post-disaster redevelopment services for the City of Waveland, which experienced damage to its facilities and operations during Hurricane Zeta in 2020. The team is providing general financial management advice and assistance, including developing and supporting the ongoing activity of disaster recovery and management of the FEMA PA process. Covington is monitoring grant management progress, conducting inspection and damage assessments, documenting and quantifying all damages, tracking financial reimbursements, preparing PWs for categories A through G, and ensuring all deadlines imposed by FEMA or the state are met.
